If you have not had service with Bluewater Power previously, you MUST come into our office at 855 Confederation St., Sarnia and apply in person. Please note, you will be required to provide us with two pieces of ID (ONE must be a picture ID). Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The amount of the security deposit shall be calculated using the property's average actual billing the last 12 months pro-rated to 60 days. You will have 6 months from the move-in date to pay this security deposit. The security deposit may be waived if you can provide us with a letter of reference from your previous hydro or gas utility in Canada or provide us with a credit report that is satisfactory to Bluewater Power.
